Tried everything? Nothing is working? Is there a NO-diet solution?

When someone says "Tried everything and nothing workings, is there a NO-diet solution?" The answer is yes, there is a no diet solution. You need to take a no diet approach to your weight loss by setting realistic goals and putting in place a plan that you are committed to. If you can do this then there is no reason why you can't lose those extra pounds.

First you start with sensible eating, we did not say dieting we said sensible eating. You are not going to starve to death and you will not be forced to swallow 800 glasses of water or chew on celery sticks all day long.

The first thing you are going to do is eliminate processed or convenience foods from your diet. This can be the frozen junk at the store or the burger at the drive-thru. Processed foods can be high in booth calories and chemicals and you don't need them.

Next ditch the sugary sodas and teas as these are only empty calories with no nutritional value at all. Now we are going to replace your white breads and pastas with whole wheat varieties. This is going to get rid of the bad carbs and give you the good carbs for energy as well as the fiber we all need to stay healthy.

Now it is time to say goodbye to foods whose calories come from fat. These saturated fats are killing you without giving you any real benefit. No more skin on the chicken and no more fat filled sausages or triple cheese pizzas. We did not say you could not eat just find a healthier alternative to these killers and eat the same amount you will be much better off in the long run.

Now we know you are sitting there saying I'll drink to that but the alcohol has to go too. Alcohol is nothing but empty calories waiting to check into your body and we all know how hard it is to get them to leave.

We are not reducing how much you consume just what so how are we going to drop the pounds? Simple we are going to just moderately increase our exercise. You do not have to go to a gym you only have to walk, bike or swim for 30 minutes a day to start losing the weight. We have removed excess calories and calories from bad sources and combined that with a little extra exercise and now we will begin to see some gradual weight loss.

You will probably notice you feel much better when you start eating right too. Be realistic and stay committed and you will enjoy losing the weight without dieting!
